From Prompt to Polish: Different Assignments, Different Expectations Online
Academic writing does not look the same in every course, discipline, or assignment. In this workshop, students will learn how to recognize the expectations of different genres and audiences while drawing on the language and communication strengths they already bring to their work. This workshop will not be recorded.
From Prompt to Polish is an 8-week writing workshop series that follows the writing process from understanding an assignment through revising and using feedback. Each workshop focuses on a practical strategy students can apply immediately to current coursework. Students may attend individual sessions or follow the full series.
