What Happens After Procrastination? Online

Has procrastination turned to panic? Join us to discuss the aftermath of procrastination—stress, self‑blame, late nights, and last‑minute scrambling.  We'll introduce strategies to break that cycle and form a plan for NOW. Students will learn practical strategies to recover from procrastination, reset without shame, and move forward with more control and confidence.
