Executive Skills and Academic Success: Part 3

Executive Skills and Academic Success: Part 3 Online

Session 3--Starting Tasks, Planning, and Goal-Directed Action

In the third session of our four-part series based on the book Smart But Scattered Guide to Success, we will focus on overcoming procrastination, improving planning, and seeing tasks through to the end. In this session, we will discuss hacks to overcome the major obstacle of getting started, planning tasks and deadlines, and how to set goals you can achieve now that will support your long-term goals. We will also draft an action plan for at least one academic task you have been avoiding. You will leave this session with practical tools and a plan that you can implement today to support your academic success.
