Big questions we will ask about any academic struggles:

  • Accessibility (intake): What are the barriers to your success? What are the challenges you’re facing?
  • Accountability (intake & follow up meetings): How are you being held accountable within your ADP? What tasks, goals, or requirements do you need to accomplish to meet the expectations of the ADP?
  • Authenticity (follow up meetings): How are you elevating your own voice, accomplishments, and goals? How are you improving the required skills from your ADP?
